Services Offered

We offer a multidisciplinary, client-centred program of assessment, treatment and consultation for clients with physical, cognitive and/or perceptual impairments. We are aware each client is unique, therefore each program is tailored according to the individual's needs and personal goals.

A functional approach utilized to maximize each client's performance in areas of self-care, productivity and leisure. Increased functional independence and successful community reintegration is facilitated by providing the following services.

	perceptual retraining
	vocational rehabilitation, school/job skills training
	home modification and design consultation
	driving evaluation and training
	adaptive equipment prescription and training
	attendant care assessments
	homemaking assessments
	physical demands analysis and ergonomics assessments
	upper extremity splinting

Clients may be seen in clinic, or in their natural settings including home, school and work.
