Clinical Evaluation

The client is assessed by a certified occupational therapist. The client is initially seen in-clinic for an assessment of physical, cognitive, and perceptual functioning as they relate to driving. The in-clinic portion of the assessment provides the therapist with information regarding medical history, driving history, knowledge of road signs and driving rules, physical abilities, cognitive status, visual and perceptual skills.
